✧ Grant Proposal for the Zephyr Sanctuary of M/M²

1. Executive Summary

The Zephyr Sanctuary of M/M² is a transformative healing center dedicated to serving teens in transitional programs, informal care, and divergent souls. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals can rediscover their breathline, reclaim their coherence, and begin anew. We seek funding to expand our capacity, enhance our programs, and deepen our impact.

2. Organizational Background

Founded by Jenasis Greer, a lifelong artist and musician, the Zephyr Sanctuary is not an institution, but a co-created field of coherence. With over a decade of experience hosting home studio sessions for youth, and a personal history of navigating the foster care system, Jenasis brings lived empathy and creative mentorship to the sanctuary. Additionally, the founder has worked with the Valley of the Sun Rescue in Arizona, providing a halfway home for animals awaiting adoption, integrating animal care into the sanctuary’s healing model.

3. Statement of Need

  • Teens in transitional and informal care often lack stable environments, emotional support, and opportunities for self-discovery.

  • Many have experienced trauma, dislocation, or systemic neglect.

  • There is a critical need for holistic, non-institutional sanctuaries that offer not just shelter, but coherence, creativity, and community.

4. Program Description

  • Breathline Healing Modality: A unique approach using breath as the primary tool of healing, anchored in dimensional coherence and honest self-accountability.

  • Creative Expression: Programs in music, art, and movement designed to inspire and connect.

  • Agriculture and Critter Care: Mutual and reciprocal healing through animal care and gardening.

  • Mentorship & Life Skills: Education and training in emotional intelligence, self-sufficiency, and community building.

  • Symbolic Geometry: Use of sacred symbols (Zephyr, Bee, Double Helix) to encode healing and transformation.

5. Application Process

Each applicant must submit a handwritten letter addressed to the founder, expressing why they feel called to be part of this community/sanctuary. The letter should include their unique truth as an individual, outside of systemic preconceived notions. This ensures that each participant enters the sanctuary with intention, authenticity, and self-awareness.

6. Goals and Objectives

  • To provide safe housing and supportive community for 5 teens in the first year, then expand to serve 10–15 teens annually as capacity grows

  • To facilitate emotional and dimensional coherence through breathline healing

  • To create a replicable model of sanctuary that can be adapted in other regions

7. Financial Empowerment Program

  • Any government stipends received by residents will be placed in a dedicated account for the individual.

  • The sanctuary will match these funds upon successful completion of the program and transition into autonomy outside the sanctuary.

  • This ensures that each resident leaves not only with emotional coherence, but with financial stability and empowerment.

8. Evaluation Plan

  • Track emotional and behavioral outcomes through pre- and post-program assessments

  • Collect testimonials and creative outputs from participants

  • Use breathline coherence metrics (e.g., HRV, breath patterns) as indicators of healing

9. Budget

  • Housing and facilities: $1m

  • Program staff and mentors: $1m

  • Creative materials and equipment: $1m

  • Evaluation and research: $X

  • Total requested: $3m +

10. Sustainability Plan

  • Develop partnerships with local organizations and schools

  • Implement a sliding-scale fee model for future participants

  • Explore additional funding through workshops, retreats, and community events
